| I was at the final performance when it played at the Young Vic, so I can't speak to the transfer. But, in that venue, I found it to be the most enjoyable 6.5 hours I have spent in the theater in years. Yes, the second act could use some pruning--especially in the role that Redgrave plays--when it isn't played by her in NYC. While I agree that one can definitely skip part two of "Angels", I would not want to miss part two of this show. |
