I am right with you. I am planning to give up my membership because the stupidity of the new site is too frustrating and time consuming. My sanity is worth more than wading through two weeks of dates and finding none of them with tickets - in fact, if I come across one that says no tickets available, I just stop looking at that show and go back to the list. This is something that has been reported to them by many, many members and there has been nothing done about it. The least they could do is explain why they don't care that they are frustrating members and losing them. Whoever made the decision to go to this new website should leave the organization because they don't have a clue what they are doing.

I would love the new website if it worked properly.

I was willing to be very patient when it first changed, but it's been months now and it's simply not acceptable to keep shows up for days that don't have tickets available. It makes the site cluttered and frustrating to use. I think it's even more frustrating because it seems like it should be an easy fix.

I too will have to think about my renewal this year, especially since prices are going up and the seats I've had of late are getting much worse.
