I would love the new website if it worked properly.
I was willing to be very patient when it first changed, but it's been months now and it's simply not acceptable to keep shows up for days that don't have tickets available. It makes the site cluttered and frustrating to use. I think it's even more frustrating because it seems like it should be an easy fix.
I too will have to think about my renewal this year, especially since prices are going up and the seats I've had of late are getting much worse.
