| They didn't add functionality with this "upgrade," they took it away. My order history still has nothing in it. And if a performance has no seats available, it shouldn't be listed. Period. And no one in TDF management has reached out to members or even attempted to explain anything. |

| "Adding functionality" is not the sole reason websites need to be upgraded. Given that the site collects credit card information, improved security measures may have been an important motivation for making the change. | |

| To be fair, the old site also listed dates that were no longer available, but you didn't know until you attempted to add them to your cart. It does seem like these unavailable dates do stay up longer now. | |
