The entire cast was terrific, and some of the individual monologues/scenes were really sharp, but the play as a whole was so inert. Nothing really happened and none of the characters really changed. Everything just sort of sat there, and the direction did the script zero favors.
It ran 2 hours and 10 minutes when I saw it yesterday, but it felt much, much longer.
