| The tour of this off-Broadway musical is in Chicago for 6 days. I can't recall much discussion about it on ATC. Did anyone see it? While not great art, is it entertaining in the way that Be More Chill is? | |

| Went downtown this evening to catch Mary Zimmerman's The Steadfast Tin Soldier at Lookingglass. Stopped off at the Oriental on the way and got great seats for the Thurs. evening show of The Lightning Thief. Will post about it on Friday. Regarding Tin Soldier, amazingly inventive production. One of the best things I've seen Zimmerman do in years. Highly recommended. |

| It was utterly delightful when I saw it at the Lortel. I would highly recommend it to kids and adults alike. I hope the tour cast is as strong as the cast I saw, which included Chris McCarrell, George Salazar, Carrie Compere, Jonathan Raviv, Jelani Alladin, et al. | |

| Chris McCarrell is playing Percy Jackson, who is the lead of the musical, but who is not the titular Lightning Thief (despite being accused of having stolen the lightning). | |
