I read about Worley somewhere at the time, perhaps in Theatre Week. Doing a search in my usual sources for old periodicals, I'm not finding anything so perhaps it was only mentioned in Theatre Week (if I did read it there).
I don't know if Robbins understudied Harper on the tour. I saw her play the role on Broadway. I would guess she probably understudied on the tour as she'd played the role many times by then — as I recall it, Lavin was out uncharacteristically often — and it would seem silly to hire someone untried when Robbins was there.
