Let's face it--it's just greed.
You're already paying so much in extra charges and now they tack this on.
Interesting how you justify by saying paper/ink/energy is added on. When theatres started charging for print-at-home and mobile tickets, people said those were justified because of the technology involved and the time savings.
Everything costs money but shouldn't that be covered in the ticket price?
