| I should clarify - I wasn't trying to say that Bloom herself is a "ditz" - just that that's the "routine" I feel she's doing on the Tonys. I personally don't think she needs to do that, and I wish she'd just be herself. But no doubt the powers that be at CBS want the "louder, faster, more obnoxious" thing, and boy, do they get it in spades. Just another way that the Tony broadcast keeps losing all its sense of classiness. |
