Today was probably the most inept technical operation has ever foisted upon their members. Their software is antiquated and outdated, they don’t really care about making it better and it gets worse and worse as time goes on. They can claim “oh, it’s a very popular show” all they want, but this has been happening regularly for several years. I urge everyone to do what I did. Send an email to Telecharge.com Customer Service and vent. They just got back to me saying a manager is looking into the problem, which is rote, but the more people who write, the more seriously they may take it.
