I agree with you about "Put On a Happy Face," but "One Boy" is used in almost the same context in the movie as in the stage play.
*Years ago I saw test shots of Janet Leigh in various wigs and looks while they figured out how to make her Latina, which was interesting. *
But, for the record, in the final version of the film she is not supposed to be Latina; the song "Spanish Rose" was cut, along with all references to Rose being Latina, and her last name is changed from "Alavarez" to "Grant." |
