| It’s a very pared down production— with only eight actors — but it worked for me. The unadorned, doorless set made me think at first of a “No Exit” production but the ingenious use of the space and the clever employment of minimal props —- doing much with little — reminded me at times of Peter Brook’s celebrated “Midsummer Night’s Dream” production. As Richard, Simon Russell Beale is incredible. |
