No, Simpkins was not the person I knew. I believe Gabriel Barre has directed some past shows for Steinhardt, and their productions tend to be very good overall, sometimes excellent.
I would say their LA MANCHA was fine, nothing special. I remember being very upset by the fact that there was NO OVERTURE. |
