She is Mrs. Paroo. I'm actually more curious about who is playing Mayor Shinn. I don't see that announced anywhere and it's an odd role to keep quiet unless it's a real surprise name.
I agree I don't immediately think of Norm Lewis as Harold Hill, but I'm excited to see what he brings to the part.
