Because I have nothing to do with the technical end of things (having no skills in that area), I can't tell you what was wrong. And I didn't even realize that something was wrong until it had been going on for a couple of days because I was able to get on. I really should log out at least once a day and just make sure there's not a problem. As soon as someone emailed me about the problem, I contacted the guy who runs the technical stuff, and he fixed it promptly.
