She's certainly still a bankable star on Broadway. Here's hoping she wins for a very good performance indeed. But I would have given her an Oscar for her work before, especially in "The World According to Garp", "Fatal Attraction" or "Dangerous Liaisons".
Yes, it would be great if this increased her chances of doing "Sunset Blvd" on film.
