| The Forbes article is dated 8/21/18 and just predicts that Anastasia will recoup. The article is a bit misleading. The show has been running for about 98 weeks, but only 27 of those weeks had a gross of $1 million or more. Its recent grosses are probably below its weekly running costs, which (I assume) is why it is closing. On 3/31/19 it will have had a respectable 2-year run and may well recoup via the tour. |
