not sure what the Warner Bros awards patrol/marketing peeps were thinking when they put Lady Gaga in the dramatic category for the Golden Globe as Lady G. imo would have been a shoo-in for Best Actress in A Musical/ this year
The Musical/Comedy category was good enough for Streisand in 1976 for her 'A Star Is Born" she took home the award that night- although she was not nominated for an acting Oscar that year
Wonder if they'll make use of scenes/stills from "Maxie" for younger images Glenn Close as "Norma" since the title character of the not very successful movie was an actress in the 1920s |
