I got to see him on stage in London in 1989 in Ronald Harwood’s Another Time. His work was superb. I am sorry he did not do more theatre in NY, but his film legacy will always be there for us. Rest In Peace.
I remember liking Charlie Bubbles very much way back when. Maybe TCM will show it when they pay tribute to Albert next month. |
