| The fault for this miscasting lies with the person{s} who chose to do this show. They had a year to think about the casting for the role of Sally Adams. Let’s see, who could they have considered? Maybe Christine Ebersole? Donna Murphy? Beth Leavel? Victoria Clark? Emily Skinner? Vanessa Williams? If they couldn’t have gotten any of those ladies this year they should have waited until one of them was available. Imagine if they had waited another year and gotten Patti or Bette to do this for one of their fall galas. |
