| Yes, dear PlayWiz, I have said that COUNTLESS times on this board ! What a missed opportunity ! They definitely should have waited, if necessary. Of course, Donna Murphy should have been willing to do a short run; especially after her several triumphs in that theater. I will say, however, that on Friday, Carmen really belted the score. I thought her singing was wonderful, and she was stylish. But the show definitely needs a "Big Lady." |
