Yes, of course I got that simplistic point of her using the story to escape her situation during the Blitz. But once in Wonderland, there seemed no thematic continuity or even a point. All that stuff late in the show where the queen and other characters were arguing that they existed outside of Alice’s reading of them? Wha the hell did any of it have to do with anything?
