| Contrary to what someone else posted here, I think both Laura's and Danny Burstein's accents are commendable overall. Not 100 percent authentic, of course, but I'm not sure we'd really want that anyway. The only thing I noticed with Laura is that, when she was doing Cockney, her long "a" sound was a little more of a pure long "i" sound than closer to "ahyee," which I think is more correct. But overall, her Cockney was very good and her upper-class-Brit excellent. |
