| I don’t use it often and so it takes a long time to download new data. A very long time. Why do they do that? It should just download the show information I select and not all the shows before I can select. Do others have similar delays. I notice if I use it a lot when I’m in nyc, the download is a lot quicker. | |

| Granted, the app is slow, but it's still the best place to buy Broadway tickets. The mobile app is more efficient, but the inability to select seats is a non-starter. I've had very good luck with Telecharge when I've need to exchange or return seats. They have never given me any static about it. I find the slow app is a relatively small price to pay for the lack of extra fees, the reasonably good telephone service and the seat selection. | |

| I have found the app to be almost useless. I have never successfully purchased tickets through it. I wish they would either pull it or update it to a more stable version. I have better luck with their mobile website, despite preferring being able to pick seats off a seating chart on the desktop site. | |
