| Granted, the app is slow, but it's still the best place to buy Broadway tickets. The mobile app is more efficient, but the inability to select seats is a non-starter. I've had very good luck with Telecharge when I've need to exchange or return seats. They have never given me any static about it. I find the slow app is a relatively small price to pay for the lack of extra fees, the reasonably good telephone service and the seat selection. |
