I am glad to read that you have expressed your annoyance by asking for recompense. It is your right and I would suggest that we all, instead of solely bitching about things that bother us on sites like this, we go to the source and lodge our complaints with a request that we be compensated for our loss, including the loss of our personal time. Companies will only respond to complaints when it affects their revenue. (Yes, I am talking to you Verizon FIOS)
I totally don’t understand this water bottle policy. Who gets the monies from a newly purchased bottle of water? Is it the producer or the theater owner?
