| No, he or she isn't. Otherwise, all those other people wouldn't be getting up before the plays ended to catch their trains. And I've done it, too. | |

| Twice recently, I've been caught in a situation where I've spent the last few minutes of a show with one eye on my watch, wondering if I'm going to make the train. One was at Springsteen on Broadway, which went about half an hour beyond the advertised time. The other was the recent They're Playing Our Song, where I only had a vague idea of when it would be over by the nature of the evening. In both cases, I just made the train. It wasn't the best way to spend the end of either show, and the distraction definitely hurt my enjoyment of the last part of each show. That being said, I don't think it's the producers' fault that I chose to arrange my transportation that way. It's not their responsibility to make sure I catch my train. Also, They're Playing Our Song had a scheduled start of 7:30, and Bob Greenblatt started giving the intro around 7:35. Springsteen on Broadway was scheduled to start at 8 and started around 8:02. So they did their part in starting the show close to the scheduled time. And, overall, they both were exceptional nights in the theater that I feel fortunate to have experienced. |

| I mean, I love Lincoln Center, because I can walk, but I can walk from Times Square, too. It's just longer. It's not really out of the way. | |
