| I'm sure that you meant no harm in your comment. However, it could have been worded in a different manner. Having been involved in community and high school theatre for a total of about 45 years, I've seen and been involved with some great, some fair , and some not so fair productions. Was deeply involved for many years with a local high school that competed in the Massachusetts High School Drama Festival. We advanced a few times to the finals held in Boston. You would be amazed at the quality of the performances you see at that level. If you have these competitions in your area, check them out. The on stage professionalism that I have seen demonstrated by many of these high school students over the years is something to behold. |
