I can’t see this being a huge sellout. The house and premium seats will be available a few days before your date in the orchestra. Unless you are looking for the last week or two of the run when shows like this do sell out.

I’ve gotten to the point of buying very little in advance and rarely even check now for presale. Producers can blame advance sale low numbers on offering bad seats early. A week before I arrive in town is when I start looking for seats and usually half the shows are when I get to nyc. And that is true for singles and pairs although pairs are a little tougher and require checking telecharge more often.

I found this to be the case when looking for member tickets to the Benanti MFL. In advance, nothing available in prime sections, but a day or two before, much better options.
