| it hasn't been worth anything in years in terms of return on investment. some people do it for bragging rights/prestige, or whatever, but that's about it. | |

| What's the use in wonderin, .... I too remember those full page ads for the upcoming shows, that's why, as a youngster, I would pester my parents to get the Sunday Times. Our household didn't buy it on a regular basis, until in the fall of '64, the teacher in our gov't class assigned the News of the Week in review, as part of our study of the upcoming election.....The first Monday after we Had to buy the sunday times, everyone in class was talkin about.'''''Those Lingerie ads in the Magazine section.(Twas a more innocent time) | |

| Yep, my college roommates saw those lingerie ads when I was buying the Sunday Times -- which in the '60s didn't make it to Ohio till the following Wednesday and had to be ordered and paid for in advance -- and wondered why they'd been reading Playboy. | |
