never say never, but not so long as Rudin has the rights (and/or the estate decides it is not the version they want to license). This assumes that the agreement with Sergel does not invalidate the right extended to Rudin/Sorkin. There may end up being litigation, but if so it would be initiated by the Sergel estate and not Lee's estate. I would expect they would not want that expense though.
