| I'd never heard of Fleabag and didnt know what to think when a friend suggested I see it. I did not see an ad for the show (now at the Soho Playhouse) and checked for tickets. I was stunned to see virtually all seats were sold and that few remaining tix had a top price of $200 (now $300). They list a $49 and $75 price but none are available. Apparently this is great interest in the show based on a Uk television series. Pheobe Waller-Bridge is the star of the one person show and there was a feature on her in the Times. How did they sell all their tix without an ad and seemingly no problem selling the tix at record breaking prices ($300 for an off off Broadway show?) |
