BETSY WOLFE: ALL BETS ARE OFF, MARCH 6-9 AT 7:00PM

Feinstein’s/54 Below solo debut!

Off her shift in Waitress on Broadway, and critically acclaimed for her performances in The Last Five Years and Falsettos, Betsy Wolfe has established herself as one of musical theatre’s most keenly intelligent performers. Beyond Broadway, she has performed in sold-out concerts at Carnegie Hall and in two operas at The Met.

And now, Betsy is doing a cabaret about the magical, mystical miracle, and existential anxiety of show business—but funny! Armed with a high belt and a questionable affinity for casinos, she takes the audience on a romp from cow pasture California to bright-lights-big-city New York to conquer Broadway. With the help of songs by Stephen Sondheim, Stevie Nicks, and Jason Robert Brown, she has a lot to talk about. And sing about.

From the woman who was described by her doorman as “very talented, but please keep it down,” and by The New York Times as “having a soaring soprano… and a rock collection,” Betsy Wolfe presents her first cabaret show, All Bets Are Off.

Betsy will be joined by special guest Jeremy Jordan (Newsies, “SMASH,” American Son) for her March 7 performance.

$55-$85 cover charge. $80-$100 VIP seating. $105-$130 premium seating. $25 food & beverage minimum.

The music, co-written by Iriondo and Berklee graduate and lead of the New Caracas jazz and Latin fusion band, Luis D’Elias, features a South American folk-pop score. Back Home is a uniquely theatrical experience that will make you feel nostalgic for the place, or time, you call home.

She landed on American Idol as a finalist, won the grand prize on “The Wendy Williams Show” singing competition, and made such an impression singing on BET’s Apollo Live that Gladys Knight personally invited her on tour!

No longer the 4 year old singing along to the Bodyguard soundtrack (matching the singers note for note), Nicole will now be celebrating women in music whose iconic anthems have shaped the way we experience love, heartache, and triumph. Hits from stars such as Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, and Cher will showcase her voice and honor the divas who’ve inspired her.

WICKED SINGS BIRDS OF PARADISE MARCH 18 AT 7:00PM & 9:30PM

Feinstein’s/54 Below will be defying gravity when some of Wicked’s most memorable artists come together for a one night only concert version of the celebrated 1987 Off-Broadway musical Birds of Paradise, with the lyrics written by Wicked’s librettist Winnie Holzman, music written by Wicked’s resident conductor, David Evans, and the book co-written by both Holzman and Evans.

The Harbor Island Players is an amateur theatre group whose lives are turned upside down when a down-on-his-luck professional actor offers to direct and star in one of their productions: a musical version of Chekhov’s The Seagull. As they rehearse, their egos and passions start to mirror the characters that they play. The approach of opening night drives everyone into a fever pitch until a sudden plot twist makes them all reevaluate their choices, both onstage and in life.

Birds of Paradise’s award winning score features some of Evans and Holzman’s loveliest songs including “Things I Can’t Forget,” “Imagining You,” “She’s Out There,” and so many more!

A portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit Drama Club NYC.

Deborah Grace Winer presents The Classic American Songbook Series at Feinstein’s/54 Below

The best of the classic American Songbook in four jewel-box revues created especially for a supper club setting, and featuring stellar talent from Broadway and beyond.

George and Ira are one of songwriting’s most successful sibling partnerships. They wrote at their kitchen table into the wee hours of the dawning Jazz Age, and their home was the hub for Broadway glitterati. George and Fred Astaire met as hustling showbiz teenagers. Ethel Merman–a secretary in Queens—joined the family when the brothers gave her her first Broadway job. Harold Arlen, Yip Harburg and other pals all came a-calling. For Broadway, Hollywood and Tin Pan Alley, the Gershwin songbook is among the most recorded in history. From “Fascinatin’ Rhythm” to “Embraceable You” and “Someone to Watch Over Me,” this show takes a joyful look at what happens when families are hotbeds of harmony.
