| LATIN HISTORY FOR MORONS, Mike Birbiglia's THE NEW ONES, Sting in THE LAST SHIP, THE BOOK OF MORMON, Matthew Bourne's SWAN LAKE, ONCE ON THIS ISLAND. I am excited about THE LAST SHIP and massively underwhelmed by everything else. This is at least the third--it could be the fourth or fifth--time THE BOOK OF MORMON has come to LA, and SWAN LAKE has visited before,,too. Yawn. I hope the Taper season is better. Laura |
