The other day a friend was so pleased to get one for Frozen. Picked up the ticket at the box office and was given a seat next to last row in the balcony. TDF cost $53. Ticket cost at b.o. $57. Not such a special deal.

Your friend should contact TDF. They may issue a refund. I once bought a ticket to a play at NYTW from TDT and it cost more than the $20 tickets being offered that night. I wrote TDF and the issues me a refund.
