Is there much rake in the orchestra, and how high is the deck for this show (that is, would you recommend front row)?

Also, does anyone think discounts will be made available anytime soon - I haven't seen any, but there are a lot of available seats for the performance I'm looking at.

Ann, I saw this again a few nights ago in the new space, and it's as wonderful as ever.

I would not recommend the front row as the supertitles might be difficult to read from that vantage point. There is a very good rake through about Row G (or so?), and after that, it is stadium seating. I have sat further back in the auditorium, and I would recommend somewhere in the middle.

I attended Thursday night, and there were quite a few empty seats. I expect there will be discounts (and I think I received a mailer?). Hope this helps.

There is a substantial rake in the orchestra after the first few rows - almost like stadium seating.
See link, and feel free to google "Little Shubert" or any other former names of this venue for additional images.

I lucked out with the Rush tickets. Got same day seats for a very substantial discount ($30 per ticket, plus $7.50 service fee), and sat first row behind the railing. And the show is wonderful.
