| If it's a hassle to get to the box office, I would try calling Telecharge customer service (212-239-6210). Even though you bought them at the box office, I suspect they'll be able to assist. The tickets have probably been transferred and you can just pick them up before the performance. | |

| Thank you very much. I was ready to trek to Times Square and give up 90 minutes of my day, but I saw your post, called tele charge, and yes, it's handled--they switched my tickets and they are waiting for me at the Cort. You gave me the right help at the right time! Because I hadn't bought through tele charge, I had no idea they would be able to help. | |
