There was a production in August of last year in Chicago at Stage 773 -- a limited run for about 1-1/2 weeks. My partner and I saw it on a Sunday evening and the place was packed. We had to wait over an hour in line to get a good seat. Lots of teens and tweens but also a lot of parents with teens. Johnny Rabe (who has quite a following in the Chicago area) played Jeremy. Another talented teen actor Declan Desmond played Michael.
Enjoyable show but kind of silly, which I didn't mind for a show that had a ticket price of $22.50 |
