I agree with two minor comments:
1. A producer cannot "keep" a theatre the way a store can keep and repurpose a retail lease, for example. As you know, each show is a separate entity. The Shuberts can and would be stupid not to keep Rudin's projects in their flagship since he has done well by them.
2. While I agree the show is movable I am not sure the business will be there, and that's not really Rudin's style either.
