Interesting analogy, and of course you wouldn't get a refund if your behaviour is so egregious during a performance that you are thrown out. But to get thrown out would require several warnings and repeat offences during a performance. In fact, if a patron was thrown out without having received prior warnings for taking one picture I would imagine he or she would be most successful in getting a refund.
Seems different than not submitting to a bag check and never entering the theatre at all. |
