It's fair to say it's oversimplication, but I think there's something to be said for if I see a picture of a production of Boeing Boeing I'm pretty sure i'll be able to tell it's Boeing Boeing without seeing the title of the show. Ditto to Noises Off, August: Osage County, etc.
Yes there's plenty you can do to change it but BB for example you're likely going to have three stewardess uniforms on a stage with 6 or 7 doors. That's pretty non negotiable. |
