...I thought at the time the second part wasn't as dramatized as the first. Lots of first-person and third-person narration. For example, Vanessa Redgrave's part was mostly a memory monologue. The whole show had a great cast. And parts of it were very moving.
(I knew "sitzfleisch" because in fifth or sixth grade I thought I wanted to play chess and read about it, including that term. I was also starting to take German at the time. I was a lousy chess player. It took too much concentration.) |
