| I'm surprised that the staircase in the Harmonia Gardens is being made such an issue here, as I'm almost positive it's called for in the script, and therefore having a staircase for Dolly's entrance in that scene would in no way be considered an example of stealing the idea of a set designer or director. I suppose it's conceivable that it was the director or the set designer who came up with the idea to have a central staircase in that scene, but even if one of them did, it's still in the script, so I personally see no copyright infringement or theft of intellectual property. |
