Middle of Act Two a lady in front me starting checking her phone messages. I asked her politely to put her phone away.
At start of 'trial' scene, her phone rang....and rang....she turned off ring and dropped it back in her purse.
Five minutes later it rang again....and rang.....my partner hissed for her to "get out". She sat looking perplexed while her phone rang again....I offered my own firm "get out" and luckily as she was on the aisle, she left.
Upon leaving the theatre I saw her in the lobby waiting for her friend.
Yes, a read her the riot act and I am afraid to say, quite loudly and quite passionately. |
