I like many Neil Simon shows and starred in a few of his plays at a very amateur level (not this one). But I didn't think the Broadway revival of Barefoot held up to modern times or in any way made a case for it being of much interest today. In fact I was desperate to leave at intermission--something I rarely do. But my plus 1 insisted we stay.
