Maybe if you went to see King Kong and the monkey took the night off that would be considered a missing "element." I have seen shows in which some scenic element malfunctioned, and in which someone appeared on stage in the wrong costume.

LOL, yeah an AWOL Ape would definitely be grounds for a recusal. (though not enough to warrant sitting through that thing again. take the recusal.)
