| The food is about as ordinary as you can get. Expensive for the pedestrian food. Sloppy service (serving 1 person an appetizer but not the rest of the table, forgotten orders). If you stick to basics (hamburger, salad) you can get a decent meal. Yes, it has history and atmosphere but their menu is in serious need of updating and quality control. For several years they coasted along without a head chef. My cousin ate there for more than 70 years, going out of loyalty even the food was so mediocre. I’m glad you’ve had good meals there. |
