An interesting coincidence: Richard Thomas and Jeff Daniels played opposite each other as a couple on Broadway almost forty years ago. Thomas succeeded Christopher Reeve as Ken Talley in the Broadway production of Lanford Wilson's FIFTH OF JULY, and Daniels continued in his original role as Jed Jenkins. Thomas and Daniels then played Ken and Jed for the PBS TV production of the play.
