I saw it both at the Public (in 3 acts) and on Broadway (in 2 acts). At the time, I didn't notice anything significant being cut, although there might have been little trims here and there, since perhaps it was still thought of as "in development" at the Public or something. I'm not 100% confident in this, but if there were any edits, I'm pretty sure they were slight. I think any difference in running time is more because of the lack of that second intermission.
But if anyone knows differently, please correct me. This was many years ago! |
