The music is dreadful. It was a musical produced by the doorman from Studio 54. He thought all his friends and connections would help make the show a hit. But without any good music nobody was going to put their neck on the line. There is a produced disco version of the title song. That should tell you everything you need to know. A tuneless disco song.

I believe Peter Filichia saw it and wrote about it once.

Marc Benecke (said doorman) played himself (Marc) in the musical. He did not produce it.
